Take your love of the outdoors into a new realm of discovery, challenge and playfulness as we float and pose! This multi-level class offers options for beginner to experienced yogis in a supportive and fun environment.

Participants are asked to arrive at Baycreek 15 minutes before the scheduled class time to sign waivers, make payment, and prepare for class. The class begins with a land session - 15 minutes of introductions, brief instructions for paddling on the SUPs, and sizing of life jackets/belts, boards and paddles. Then it's onto the water with our SUPs and we warm up with a 5-10- minute paddle to the "yoga classroom in the Secret Wilderness". After securing our gear, we anchor in open water and enjoy a 50-60 minute yoga class on our floating boards. Following a few relaxing moments of Savasana, yogis will reclaim their gear and paddle back to the dock. To enjoy this class you should be able to comfortably transition from lying position to standing position.
*Life jackets may be worn throughout class if preferred, although not required.

1 person - $60.00 / hour
2 people - $ 90.00 / hour
3 people - $100 / hour
4 people - regular rates
$25 / person for groups of 4 - 8 people who want to schedule their own class. Please call to check on instructor availability.
