Purchase/Return Policies

New Boats & Boards
BayCreek allows customers a 30 day exchange period from the time they purchase their boat or board. Within this 30 days the customer may exchange their craft for another craft that better fits their needs as long as the original craft is in new condition. Used & Demo craft are NOT eligible for this exchange.
Custom Ordered Boats & Boards
BayCreek offers the ability to custom order a boat or board from certain manufacturers.  Custom ordered boats and boards are a final sale with no returns or exchanges accepted given the boat arrives as ordered.
Used, Demo or Consignment Boats & Boards
Any craft sold as "Used, Demo or Consignment" is a FINAL, AS IS sale. Factory warranties are considered void as manufacturers only warranty boats and boards to the original owner.
Gear & Accessories

Paddling accessories are sold with a 15 day, money back return policy for UNUSED items. After 15 days a store credit may be issued for UNUSED items with a 10% re-stocking fee at BayCreek's discretion.  Clearance/discontinued gear and accessories are sold as "final sale" with no return accepted.

Roof Racks & Rack Accessories

Racks and rack accessories are sold with a 15 day, money back return policy for "SEALED IN PACKAGING UNUSED" items. After 15 days a store credit may be issued with a 10% re-stocking fee at BayCreek's discretion. Once a roof rack or rack accessory has been installed and driven off BayCreek property it is NOT returnable due to liability issues.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased for a monetary value or a specific activity offered at BayCreek.  Our gift certificates do not have an expiration date, but we do require them to be physically present at the time of redemption.  BayCreek is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates and has no record of individual certificates, so please be sure to keep them in a safe place until you chose to redeem them.
